Five groups have been working to develop plans for exciting new initiatives at Cal Poly. These Strategic Planning Working Groups have focused on developing plans in the following areas:

Strategic Planning Open Forum
The campus community was invited to hear the working group reports at an open forum that was held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008. Attendees were encouraged to add their own insights and suggestions to these initiatives. This open forum is the first public step in forming Cal Poly’s new Strategic Plan which will guide the University’s development for the next ten years.
